The pedal design allows users to adjust foot position comfortably with a narrow 2.8" (7.1 cm) space between the pedals minimizing lateral hip shifting that reduces lower back stress. Digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors are conveniently placed on the handlebars to provide precise heart rate monitoring. The Polar telemetry provides accurate, “handsfree” heart rate monitoring.
