The Cybex 750C Upright Bike offers 9 basic workout programs from which users can choose, including 3 Fitness or “constant power” programs; several Bike Mode programs; Isokinetic—or speed-controlled—programs; and modes that measure heart rate and overall fitness. 9 advanced and 9 customizable programs can also be downloaded using Cybex’s PDA or CSAFE ports—together making this upright fitness machine capable of delivering and incredible 27 different programs on the fly.

The Cybex 750C Upright Bike enables users to track their fitness level via contact grip heart rate monitoring, and the bike is compatible with a wide range of wireless devices.
