There is definitely no shortage of Greek yogurt recopies but here is one of our personal favorites. Its a dipping sauce that can be used for both meat or chicken and its really easy to make.
CCF's Greek Yogurt Dip
- 1 whole avocado (preferably Hass)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt (or, to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
