Green Monster Protein Shake is a nutritional bomb that explodes with protein and vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 15oz Of Water
- 3 hand fulls of Kale
- 3 Stalks of Celery
- Healthy Handful of Spinach
- 2 slices of Pineapple
- 1 tbsp Chia seed or ground Flax seed
- 1 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 1 Scoop of Your Favorite Protein
