Eating healthy and eating 'clean' go hand in hand. What does that entail? Avoiding foods that are processed and/or refined and basing your diet on whole foods. By following this plan, you can develop your diet of getting proper nutrition, avoid developing certain diseases, lose weight, remove toxins, and feel better. Because eating clean is such an important part of being healthy, we're going to make every Monday in June "clean Monday" and give you a different tip, recipe and ingredients to avoid to help you stay healthy and 'clean'.
