SETTING GOALS CREATES THE ROADMAP TO POSITIVE GAINS - 21 Days -

ARE YOU LIVING UP TO THE IMAGE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE OF YOU?

People are constantly looking to the outside world for approval and opinions. The only person you should be listening to that should matter is yourself.  No one else has control over your everyday life decisions. If your constantly looking elsewhere for that approval you'll never find it.  What other people say doesn't matter because at the end of the day if you can be satisfied with your efforts and progress that's all that matters.
I changed my lifestyle roughly 10 years ago because I was sick of being out of shape.  I always felt sluggish and tired due to poor life decisions.  Excessive amounts of poor food and partying didn't help either so I had to better myself and make a decision to change my life style.  If you want something bad enough you do whatever it takes to get it. Wake up every day determined and driven to excel at everything you do, set the bar higher then you think is reachable and prove yourself wrong.  Put in the work every single day and I promise you'll see results.
If your still hung up on starting that New Years resolution or struggling with the one you got try this on for size . Go about improving your nutrition every day until you feel ready to start a strict diet.  Don't set yourself up for failure and be extreme with healthy eating.  Your running a marathon here not a 100 meter dash so pace yourself.
21 days is how long it takes to create a sustainable habit.  Create a diet built around your goals and get yourself some tunnel vision; work on exercising self control.  Body's are built in the kitchen so always remember an old saying "You are what you eat" good words to live by.
Let me know how your healthy life style has changed you by shooting me a message on my Face Book page @ www.facebook.com/costcutterfitness, progress pics are also encouraged.  Make sure you LIKE our page and share it with everyone.
In good health,
